Mindfulness Coaching is a compassionate and supportive practice that helps individuals cultivate mindfulness in their daily lives. Mindfulness involves being fully present in the moment, non-judgmentally, and with awareness. As mindfulness coaches we offer guidance and tools to help clients develop this valuable skill, enabling them to reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and enhance overall quality of life.
These activities aim to empower clients on their journey towards greater self-awareness and a more mindful, balanced life. Together, we’ll explore and tailor these practices to best suit your unique needs and goals.

Mindfulness services are offered virtually or in person. For those wanting to receive services in person, you can choose from our Comfort and Care Center in Central Phoenix, Lily’s Pad in Tempe or Good Works Counseling in Mesa.
Children of all ages are welcome to join us in monthly events where they will be learning how mindfulness can help regulate BIG emotions, build a growth mindset, and cultivate empathy and kindness toward themselves and others. These tools can help manage stress and anxiety and help to increase an overall sense of well-being. Lessons are taught through games, stories, movement, and art and are creative and engaging!
