Step 1: Join our Copilot Portal if you have not already!
Step 2: Once logged in, make sure to complete the Warrior Family Onboarding (see photo below).
Step 3: Request your application by filling out the form on the left, “Arizona Financial Assistance”
Step 4: Submit Your Application
After you have requested your form. Wait about 5 minutes and check your Forms app on the left. This will be your application.
