Self-Care for Caregivers

Are you the parent or a caregiver to a child battling cancer or another life-threatening disease? Join us for Release to Recharge, a mindfulness writing practice to release mental energy. Caregivers and humans alike spend so much time cleaning up our environments, our homes, workplace and our cars, but rarely take the time to clear up or release mental energy blocks. This is a 3-step writing practice that will allow caregivers to get clear on what’s blocking draining energy, how to release it, and then practices that support caregivers in recharging their energy. Caregivers will be provided with cozy blankets, hot beverages & snacks while being guided through energy writing practices and reflection/connection time.

Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity celebrated annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It encourages people to give back to their communities, whether through donations, volunteering, or acts of kindness. On Giving Tuesday, the increased visibility and emphasis on giving can help these organizations raise crucial funds, expand their outreach, and continue their important work. We would love to share pictures and videos of this event on Giving Tuesday, and the weeks leading up to it, to highlight the importance of giving back and show everyone our amazing warriors!
