Wellness services

  • Aromatherapy uses various blends of PURE essential oils in conjunction with other healing modalities to promote psychological and emotional wellbeing for those suffering from stress and anxiety.

  • Cranial Unwinding uses various holds and techniques to palpate and balance the rhythm of the body.

  • Health & Wellness Coaches help to identify key areas of life where you are blocked, challenged and need the most support. Together, we can brainstorm ways forward, and create a plan of action with steps and accountability.

  • Guided imagery taps into the subconscious mind for the alleviation of physical, emotional, and psychological blocks. Release limiting beliefs, thoughts, and behavior patterns. A Forbes article (Hypnosis: Is it Worth the Hype, 4/2019) reported studies showing a 93% success rate.

  • Massages support ailments, decompress tired or overworked muscles, reduce stress, and fatigue, and promote overall health.

  • Polarity addresses the interconnectedness between mind, body, and spirit. Balance the flow between all the systems of the body through acupressure, point-specific focusing, and stretches. Release stress and anxiety, and improve sleep, immunity, and circulation.

  • Reiki is a Japanese practice of healing that supports self-care, healing, higher consciousness, and a deeper connection to spirit/higher power through each individual's life energy.

  • Reflexology applies pressure in areas of the face, ears, hands, and feet to restore and balance the flow of energy, blood, nutrients, and nerve reflexes.

  • Sound Healing realigns the body’s vibration to improve mental health & emotional well-being by using various instruments and tools to interact with the body’s cells, encourages healing, lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, and strengthens the immune system.

  • Yoga teaches breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures to promote good health and relaxation.
